REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

RETURN CONDITIONS
You may issue a return within 30 days of receipt.
Items returned must be in the same condition that you received them and with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that is worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without contacting us first.
RETURN TERMS
Suzzipad offers a 30-day return policy.
If the return is caused by the product quality or the mistake from us, you will be guaranteed to get a 100% refund or a free replacement.
For the return caused by incorrect or missing address information, the shipping charges are borne by the customer and are non-refundable.
Gifts redeemed are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

We are happy to re-ship the order to you, however, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address.
